No liability is assumed by management for loss or damage by fire, extreme weather, theft, or any other cause to, or by the vehicle while in the custody of management. All claims must be presented before the vehicle is taken from the facility. Any person driving becomes the agent of the owner solely. All claims for adjustments must be presented before the vehicle leaves the facility.
